摘　　要：目的探讨维胺酯乳膏和米诺环素联合用药在寻常性痤疮临床治疗中的疗效和应用价值。方法100例寻常性痤疮病人应用维胺酯乳膏和米诺环素联合治疗,观察皮疹的消退情况及其副作用。结果100例患者经过两个疗程的治疗,有效率为92%。结论维胺酯乳膏和米诺环素联合治疗寻常性痤疮,效果明显,副作用较少,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the curative effect of combination therapy with viaminate cream and minocycline on acne vulgaris. Methods A total of 100 patients were treated with viaminate cream and minocycline, and the adverse reactions and alleviation were monitored. Results After two courses of treatment, the effective rate was 92% among the 100 patients, Conclusion Combined treatment of acne vulgaris with viaminate cream and minocycline is of efficacy with low adverse reactions.
