绝经期女性无症状心肌缺血动态心电图分析

摘　　要：目的探讨绝经期女性无症状心肌缺血(SM I)的动态心电图特点。方法对60例无任何自觉症状的绝经期女性进行动态心电图(AECG)24 h监测,同时记录生活日志。结果绝经期女性SM I的检出率为60.2%,多发生于轻微体力活动或脑力活动时,且当早晨的心率超过阈值时,患者易发生心肌缺血。结论SM I是绝经期女性冠心病的主要表现形式之一,临床诊治中应予重视。Objective To discuss the characteristics of ambulatory electrocardiogram （AECG） of silent myocardial ischemis （SMI） among menopausal women. Methods Sixty menopausal women without any symptoms were enrolled to be monitored with AECG for 24 hours. Results Meanwhile, their life diary was recorded. Results The detectable rate of SMI was 60.2% among the menopausal women. It occurred mostly during light physical or mental labor, as well as on the morning when the heart rate was beyond the threshold. Conclusion SMI is one of the main manifestations of coronary heart disease among menopausal women, which needs emphasizing.
