摘　　要：介绍了高岭土酸解残渣制备层状结晶二硅酸钠的方法。高岭土酸解制备絮凝剂(用于处理造纸黑液)后的残渣,含有大量的S iO2,用烧碱按一定的摩尔比浸取其S iO2,再经浓缩、干燥、热处理,可制备出符合质量要求的层硅酸钠产品。This article introduced a method for preparation of layer crystalline sodium silicate by using of kaolin-acidolysed remnant as raw material. After acidolysis of kaolin for preparing the flocculant used most frequently in treatment of papermaking black wastewater, the remnant obtained contains a large quanity of SiO2. Leaching of the SiO2 from this remnant by soda in proper proportion, and after concentrating, drying and thermal treatment, a qualified product of layer sodium silicate is produced, and the product performance can satisfy the quality requirements.
