摘 要:以CAS系统相图为配料依据,以钢渣、粉煤灰、铜尾矿及砂岩为主要原料采用熔融法制备微晶玻璃。通过基础玻璃的DTA曲线确定最佳基础玻璃配料组成。借助于XRD、SEM及EDS确定了微晶玻璃的显微结构,结果表明:其主晶相为透辉石,晶粒形貌为颗粒状,晶粒尺寸约0.5μm,主要元素为S i、Fe、A l、Ca以及0。并探讨了基础玻璃的组成、晶核剂的选择等问题,对其主要性能进行了测试。The method of manufacturing glass-ceramics with steel slag, fly-ash, copper tailings and sandstones as major materials was described. Recipe composition was studied by phase diagram of CAS system and DTA curve. Crystalline phase identification were done by XRD, SEM and EDS. The results showed that the main crystalline phase is diopside. The shape of the diopside is like the granule. The sizes of the crystals are about 0.5μm. The composition of crystal is composed of Si, Fe, Al, Ca and 0. This article researched the composition of basic glass and the choice of crystal nuclei, meanwhile, the major performance indexes are determined and tested.
