摘　　要：目的评价咪达普利对高血压的降压疗效及安全性。方法选择我院112例高血压患者,随机分为观察组(62例)与对照组(50例),观察组给予咪达普利,5mg/次,1次/d,对照组给予卡托普利25mg/次,3次/d,疗程均为4周,监测24h动态血压。结果观察组与对照组治疗后血压、临床疗效间差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05),咪达普利降压作用可持续24h。两组患者不良反应发生率间差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。结论轻、中型高血压患者短期使用咪达普利安全、有效,药物不良反应少。Objective To assess the antihypertensive effects and safety of imidapril in patients with mild to moderate essential hypertension. Methods The official or/and 24hour ambulatory blood pressure were investigated in 112 patients with mild to moderate essential hypertension for 4weeks. 62 subjects received imidapril, and the others were given captopril as a control. Results The antihypertensive effect of imidapril can cover over 24 hours. Normotension was achieved in 74. 2%. Cough occurred in 4. 5% patients with imidapril, which is significantly lower than that with captopril （ P 〉 0. 05）. Conclusion In conclusion, oncedaily dosing of imidapril （5mg） is effective and safe to hypertensive patients with mild to moderate essential hypertension.
