单组分室温固化型水性丙烯酸接枝氨酯油树脂的研制

摘　　要：油与多元醇经醇解反应,进而与聚醚或聚酯、二羟甲基丙酸、二异氰酸酯反应制得水溶性氨酯油。该氨酯油中引入了羧基阴离子和丙烯酸双键,用有机胺中和后溶于水中。同时加入丙烯酸单体,在水中通过乳液共聚进行接枝反应制得单组分常温固化型水性丙烯酸接枝氨酯油树脂。试验表明,合成的树脂强度、光泽、硬度、贮存稳定性等均优。Waterborne polyurethane resin is prepared by alcoholyzing oil with polyol at first, and then reacting with polyether （polyester）, dimethylol propionic acid, diisocyanate. The resin can be solved in water by neutralizing carboxylic groups and double bonds therein with organic amine. The above- mentioned waterborne polyurethane resin is emulsion polymerized with acrylate monomers to obtain one pack ambient curable waterborne acrylic acid grafted polyurethane resin. The results show that the strength, gloss, hardness, storage stability and et al thereof are excellent.
