摘  要:目的:建立共振瑞利散射测定痕量孔雀石绿的新方法。方法:在硫酸介质中,孔雀石绿与磷钼酸根阴离子形成离子缔合物而产生共振瑞利散射,据此建立了以磷钼酸根阴离子为载体,共振瑞利散射测定痕量孔雀石绿的新方法。结果:方法的线性范围为0.18-5.0μg/ml,检出限为55ng/ml。将其用于渔池水和水产品中痕量孔雀石绿加标测定,回收率分别为88.7%-106.5%和87.4%-95.5%。结论:方法灵敏度高,分析速度快,仪器设备简单,分析成本低,检测渔池水和水产品中孔雀石绿,结果满意。Objective:To develop a novel method for the determination of trace malachite green (MG) in samples. Methods: In the H2 SO4 medium, MG reacted with phosphomolybdic acid (PMA) to form an ion - associate. The resonance rayleigh scattering (RRS) intensities of the ion -associate enhanced with the MG increasing. Based on those, RRS was proposed for the determination of trace MG. Results:The intensity of RRS was directly proportional to the mass concentration of MG in the range of 0. 18 - 5. 0 μg/ml, and the detection limit was 55 ng/ml. The recovery rate in fish and water was 87. 4% - 95. 5% and 88.7% - 106. 5%, respectively. Conclusion :The method is sensitive, selective and rapid with simple instrument. Satisfactory result is obtained for the determination of trace MG in sample.
