摘 要:目的:了解本地区志贺菌的菌型分布及菌型变迁的情况。方法:收集本地区1995年-2005年送检样品中分离到的志贺菌,进行血清学分型。结果:在11年中共检出志贺菌825株,其中B群占91.03%,为优势菌群。本地区出现了3种新的志贺菌血清型福氏4c、福氏1c和福氏2未定型。在11年中福氏2a型检出最多,占38.79%,其次是福氏4c型、福氏1a型、福氏2b型,分别占15.15%、11.03%、9.70%。在2003年之前福氏2a型一直是引起本地区菌痢的优势菌型,2003年优势菌型变迁为福氏2b型,2004年和2005年新菌型福氏4c型成为优势菌型。结论:本地区有新的志贺菌血清型出现,优势菌型也出现了变迁,应加强对志贺菌病的监测工作。Objective: To observe the distribution of Shigella serotype and their vicissitude in Jiading District, Shanghai. Methods:Specimens for isolation of Shigella serotypes were collected from 1995 to 2005, and then, these isolates for Shigella serotyping was conducted by conventional methods. Results:A total of 825 cultures of Shigella were isolated from 1995 to 2005, and the Shigella flexneri was the dominant type (91.03%). There appeared three new subserotypes of Shigella flexneri in the 11 years, which were 4c, lc and undecided type 2. In the 825 Shigella cultures, S. flexneri 2 accounted for 38.79%, and S. flexneri 4c, la and 2b for 15. 15%, 11.03% and 9. 70% respectively. The dominant type was S. flexneri 2a before 2003, while the dominant type changed to S. flexneri 2b in 2003, and changed to S. flexneri 4c in 2004 and 2005. Conclusion:There appears new subserotypes of S. flexneri and the dominant type of ShigeUa has changed in the recent years. Therefore, we should strengthen the supervision of shigellosis.
