摘  要:目的:探讨利用GC/MS对大蒜油软胶囊中有效成分含硫化合物的测定。方法:用乙腈提取大蒜油中有效成分,用中等极性毛细管柱分离各含硫化合物,运用EI-MS的NIST库质谱检索和C I-MS的分子量峰对大蒜油软胶囊中的有效成分进行判断。结果:实验确定大蒜油软胶囊中的含硫化合物成分主要为甲基烯丙基一硫醚,二烯丙基一硫醚,甲基烯丙基二硫醚,二烯丙基二硫醚,甲基烯丙基三硫醚,二烯丙基三硫醚等多种含硫化合物。结论:分析方法简单、快速和准确;分析结果的相对偏差在1.7%以下。Objective: The separation and determination of the efficient components in garlic oils were performed by GC/ MS. Methods : The sulfur compounds were extracted by acetonitrile, separated by VF - 17 stationary phase and analyzed by GC/ MS. Results: The efficient components of garlic oils were identified as allyl methyl sulfide, diallyl sulfide, allyl methyl disulfide, diallyl disulfide, allyl methyl trisulfide ,diallyl trisulfide, etc. Conclusion:The relative standard deviation of the method was less than 1.7%. The results are accurate and the method is simple.
