摘　　要：目的:研究先天性上斜肌麻痹患者眼外肌的组织学改变,以期寻找其变化规律及对临床工作的影响。方法:将先天性上斜肌麻痹的斜视患者20例28眼按年龄不同分为三组,取眼肌标本作光镜、透射电镜观察并进行比较。结果:三组先天性上斜肌麻痹患者的眼外肌均有病理改变,并随病程发展而加重。结论:先天性上斜肌麻痹患者的手术应较早进行,以免影响双眼视功能恢复。Objective：To study the morphologic diversity of extraocular muscles with congenital superior oblique plasy. Methods ： 20 cases of 28 eyes with congenital superior oblique plasy were divided into three groups by different ages. Specimens of the extraocular muscles were taken during operation and than examined by light microscope and electron microscope. Resuhs：Extraocular muscles with congenital superior oblique plasy in three groups have pathological diversity and more apparentchanges were observed with advancing age and longer disease course. Conclusion： Early operation on congenital superior oblique plasyis preferable in case any serious pathological change should happen to the muscles to deter visual function from restoring.
