创新活动的行为边界及控制机制研究

摘　　要：尽管创新活动为人类创造了手段资源和发展前景,但也向人类生存和发展提出了严峻挑战,对其进行了行为边界的设定与界分,以实现自由发挥和必要限制之间的动态平衡。为保证创新活动能在既定界域内进行,认为还必须引入控制机制来发挥效用,其运作模式则是外在控制与内在控制、纵向控制与横向控制等控制环节共同且交叉发挥效用的互动循环的网状控制模态。Although innovative activities have create means resources and development prospects for human, but also poses a severe challenge to its survival and development, so this article set its border with the sub - sector in order to achieve balance between free dynamic and necessary restriction. To ensure that innovation activities in the border region, this article also suggest that effective control mechanisms must be introduced,and its operation module is a control style of interaction cycle network with these control taches include internal control and external control, vertical control and horizontal common and cross making effectiveness.
