摘　　要：通过研究发达国家科技创新中小企业贷款证券化的产生过程,分析发达国家科技创新中小企业贷款证券化的一般模式,总结发达国家科技创新中小企业贷款证券化成功的经验,并结合我国实际情况进行可行性分析,探讨我国如何利用科技创新中小企业贷款证券化促进科技创新中小企业融资与金融发展。Researching the developing process of the loan securitization of medium and small - sized enterprises（MSE） of science and technology innovation in the developed countries, this paper analyzes their common mode, summarizes their goat experiences and finally discusses how to use the loan securitization of medium and small - sized enterprises of science and technology innovation to facilitate medium and small - sized enterprises of science and technology innovation finance and financial development by micro- feasibility analysis combining true instance in our country.
