摘　　要：基于烧结工序取消热筛及其特征,构筑了烧结系统3个平衡,提出了系统平衡理念及其建立思想。叙述了该理念在马钢一铁总厂取消热筛工艺改造中的具体实践,并阐述了其实际应用和生产效果。Based on abandoning the hot screening in sintering process and its characteristics, three balances in sintering system are established and concept for system balance and the basic thinking are put forward, The practice of the concept in the revamping project for abandoning hot screening in Masteel＇s No, 1 ironmaking group and the actual results are discussed.
