摘　　要：首先简单介绍了企业信息化的特点与本质,然后介绍了桂林橡胶机械厂的概况以及企业信息化建设的现状。随后总结了企业核心竞争力的概念与特点,介绍了桂林橡胶机械厂利用企业信息化建设提高企业核心竞争力的措施、效果及体会。Briefly introduced the features and the essence of enterprise information construction, then presented the general situation of Guilin rubber machinery plant and its present status of information construction. And then summarized the measures, effect and experience of the concept and features of the enterprise core competitive power.
