摘  要:目的研究维生素C和异搏定对大鼠睾丸扭转复位后,睾丸缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用。方法用SD大鼠,建立大鼠睾丸扭转和复位模型,在扭转睾丸复位前15分钟,分组注射维生素C、异搏定、联合用药(维生素C+异搏定)、生理盐水,睾丸复位后24小时处死所有大鼠。测定扭转侧睾丸组织的超氧化物歧花酶(SOD);丙二醛(MDA);谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX),HE染色检察睾丸病理组织学改变。结果用药组与生理盐水组和对照组SOD和GSH-PX活性显著升高(P<0.01),MDA含量显著降低(P<0.01)。结论维生素C和异搏定可以保护睾丸扭转复位后睾丸生殖细胞的功能。Objective To study protective effect of Vitamin C and Verapamil in the testicular ischemia reperfusion injury following testicular torsion. Methods Adult male SD rats were built testicular torsion and reperfusion model . Vitamin C group, Verapamil group, Vitamin C and Verapamil group and NS group were injected 15 minutes before torsion repair individually. All the rats were killed after 24 hour. To examine SOD, MDA, GSH - PX in the torsion testicular. Testicular' s pathological change was observed with HE stain. Results SOD , GSH - PX levels increase significantly in the medicine group and NS group ( P〈0.01 ) . MDA level decreases significantly ( P〈0.01 ) . Conclusions Vitamin C and Verapamil can protect the function of testicular germ cell after tesficular torsion reperfusion.
