摘　　要：地虫磷是一种有机磷土壤杀虫剂。本研究包括急性毒性、亚慢性毒性及致突变性等一系列毒性试验；并通过其对肝微粒体细胞色素Ｐ４５０影响的研究，从亚细胞水平上对该农药的毒作用机理进行了探讨。结果表明该农药急性毒性属高毒农药。亚慢性毒性试验结果表明其对大鼠一般健康状况及生长发育，血红蛋白含量和白细胞计数，肝、肾功能及其组织结构均无明显不良影响。根据对全血胆碱酯酶活性测定结果，其对大鼠的最大无作用剂量为０．０５毫克／公斤。其在微核试验及睾丸染色体畸变试验中均为阴性结果，在Ａｍｅｓ试验中仅在高剂量时对ＴＡ９７菌株呈阳性结果，提示该农药在高剂量情况下有致突变可能性。地虫磷对细胞色素Ｐ４５０有明显抑制作用。DCL,a newly developed organophosphorous pesticide,is used to treat and protect plants from pest infestation,especially good for corn and vegetable.Chemical name is O,O-diethy-O-1,2,2,2-tetrachloro-ethyl-phosphorothioate A series of toxicological tests of DCL were performed.The results showed that DCL is belong to highly toxic pesticide. Based on 90d subchronic toxicity testing, it is found that there is no adverse effects on growth,liver function, kidney function and pathology structure in rats.DCL is a very effective pesticide and of with wide spectrum.In conclusion,DCL is relatively safe at low doses.The results of micronucleus test and chromosome aberration test were negative,in Ames test only TA97 strain with the highest dosage of DCL(2000μg/cell) displayed positive result.A preliminary study was performed to elucidate the mechanism of intoxication at subcellular level by determination of the liver microsomal cytochrome P450 and b5 etc.in rat.
