萃取浮选铜法间接测定硫氰酸根

摘　　要：微量Cu(II)被抗坏血酸还原成Cu(I)后可与SCN-生成CuSCN沉淀,在丙醇与水分相的过程中,CuSCN被浮选,且SCN-和浮选率之间存在良好的线性关系。SCN-的检出限为2.90μg/mL。该方法简单、快速,不使用有毒害的有机溶剂,以不使用复杂昂贵的仪器。用于吸烟者、非吸烟者的唾液和尿液及被注射过硝普钠的病人的血液中硫氰酸根含量的测定,结果令人满意。A new method of indirect determination of thiocyanate with sodium chloride and n-propyl alcohol in the presence of ascorbic acid has been studied in this paper. The study shows that small amount of Cu（Ⅱ） was reduced to Cu（Ⅰ） by ascorbic acid, then Cu（Ⅰ） precipitates with SCN. In the course of phase separation of n-propyl alcohol from water the precipitated CuSCN was extracted and floatated to the interface of n-propyl alcohol and water. A well linear relation was founded between the extraction yield of Cu（Ⅱ） and the amount of SCN. The detection limit for thiocyanate is 2.90μg/ml. Every parameter has been optimized and the chemism has been successfully applied （5min） and has been successfidly applied for the determination of thiocyanate in urine and saliva of smokers and non-smokers.
