摘 要:以酚醛树脂和中间相沥青为粘合剂,通过浸渍、模压、碳化过程将一种廉价的国产碳纤维纸原纸改性成为一种质子交换膜燃料电池扩散层使用的碳纤维纸,大大降低了其成本。表征了所得碳纤维纸的主要性能——厚度、密度、孔隙率、透气性、电阻率和拉伸强度。结果表明,中间相沥青粒子不仅能够提高碳纤维纸的导电性和强度,而且不会像石墨粉一样引起孔隙率的极大降低。当中间相沥青粒子含量为15%时,所得碳纤维纸的性能基本满足质子交换膜燃料电池扩散层的使用要求。The home-made carbon fiber paper was improved to make it reach the demand of the GDL by the process of impregnation with phenolic resin and meso-phase pitch, molding, and carbonization, which reduced the cost of carbon fiber paper greatly, The essential properties of carbon fiber paper, thickness, density, porosity, permeability, specific resistivity and tensile strength, were characterized. The results indicated that the addition of meso-phase pitch could enhance the electrical conductivity and tensile strength of the carbon fiber paper, Furthermore, it did not decrease the porosity. When the meso-phase pitch content is 15%, the carbon fiber paper prepared using this method basically satisfied the application requirement.
