摘 要:本文以不锈钢作阳极,网状钛材料作为阴极,研究在阴、阳极室无隔膜电解槽内罗丹明B水溶液电催化氧化法降解的效果,研究了电压、电解质(Na2SO4)的量、电解时间、溶液的pH值、以及加入铁粉的量等因素对罗丹明B降解效果的影响。实验结果表明,对于含10mg/L的罗丹明B溶液,当电解质Na2SO4的加入量为2g、溶液的pH=2、外加电压为8V、电解时间2h时,溶液的降解率为67.5%。如果溶液中加入1g铁粉,1h后罗丹明B溶液的降解率即达到65.1%,2h后罗丹明B溶液的降解率可达到90%以上,最终可达99.6%。Color removal of simulated Rhodamine B wastewater was studied systematically by electrolysis in an electrolytic cell without diaphragm, and with titanium web as the cathode and stainless steel as the anode. The result showed that the color removal of Rhodamine B was influenced by voltage, the mass of the electrolyte (Na2SO4), electrolysis time, the pH of the solution system and the iron powder dosage. With 2g Na2SO4, pH=2, voltage of 8.0V, the degradation efficiency of 10mg/L Rhodamine B solution was 67.5% when the electrolysis time was 2h .If 1g iron powder was added, 1 h later, the degradation efficiency of the Rhodamine B solution was 65.1% .while 2h later, the degradation efficiency of the solution reached over 90%; finally the degradation efficiency of the solution was as high as 99.6%.
