聚氧丙烯二胺四亚甲基膦酸的合成与阻垢性能

摘　　要：本文采用聚氧丙烯二胺、三氯化磷和甲醛为原料合成了一种大分子有机膦酸-聚氧丙烯二胺四亚甲基膦酸(PDAMP),并对其结构进行了表征。采用鼓泡法测试其阻碳酸钙垢行为,结果表明:在10mg/L以下时其阻垢性能较差,但在20 mg/L时PDAMP表现出很好的阻垢性能,阻垢率达到60%以上,并且具有良好的析晶延迟作用;PDAMP的阻垢行为与单分子有机膦酸不同,而与聚合物PAA相似。A new phosphonic acid, polyoxypropylenediaminetetramethylene phosphonic acid （PDAMP）, was synthesized, and the structure was identified with FT-IR and ^31p--NMR. Bubbling method was used to test scale inhibition behavior of PDAMP, and it was found that： 1） the ability of scaling inhibition was poor when the dosage was less than 10mg/L. But it was very good at 20mg/L with scale inhibition rate of over 60%,moreover, the crystal-delaying behavior was observed; 2） scale inhibition behavior of PDAMP is similar to PAA-a polyelecrolyte inhibitor.
