摘  要:本文用活性炭柱-阳柱-阴柱-混合柱工艺处理及回用镀镍漂洗废水,研究阳树脂工作交换容量的影响因素及阳树脂的再生参数,重点考察该工艺运行的稳定性及出水水质情况。实验结果表明:漂洗废水的pH值、Ni2+浓度、硬度都会影响阳树脂的工作交换容量;用4倍树脂体积10%的硫酸再生阳树脂,效果较好;该工艺处理后的出水水质稳定,电导率低于10μS/cm,pH为6~8,Ni2+未检出,完全可以作为清洗水回用;再生所得的硫酸镍也具回用价值;系统运行1个周期后,阴、阳树脂的工作交换容量趋于稳定;镀镍漂洗废水中含有的有机物会污染树脂,对回用工艺产生负面影响。In this paper are introduced the treatment and reuse of nickel plating rinsing wastewater by AC column-cation column-anion column-mixed column technological process. The affecting factors for working exchange capacity and regeneration parameters of cation resin are studied with investigation focused on stability of the process operating and the conditions of effluent water quality. It is showed that pH value, Ni^2+ concentration and hardness would affect the exchange capacity of cation resin; the regeneration of cation resion with 10% sulphuric acid solution of 4 times resin volume has better effect. After treating, the effluent quality is stable; conductivity rate is below 10μS/cm; pH is within 6 -8, and Ni^2+ is undetectable; the effluent can be used fully as cleaning water; the nickel sulphate of the regenerated product possesses reuse value.
