摘 要:研究设计了新型2F(fluid-fixed)复合厌氧反应器。通过示踪剂考察了反应器的混合特性,液体混合时间在30s左右;用增殖活性污泥进行启动,25d达到驯化,45d系统成熟。最后用2F反应器对难降解的偶氮染料废水进行处理,水力停留时间控制在3~4d,水力负荷在1.25~1.63m3/m2.d,MLVSS约20g/L,回流R=50%,系统对COD的平均降解率为55%,偶氮染料平均降解率为60%,反应器出水能达到后续好氧工艺对进水的要求。A new 2F(fluid and flixed) complex anaerobic reactor was developed; and through a tracer, its mixing characteristics were investigated. It is showed that the mixing time of the liquid is about 30s; when the reactor was started up with growing activated sludge, the sludge was acclimatized after 25d and the system was mature after 45d. when the 2F reactor was used for treatment of the azo dyeing wastewater which is difficult to be degraded under the conditions ofHRT 3-4d, hydraulic load 1.25- 1.63m^3/m^2·d,MLSS about 20g/L, reflux R=-50%, the average degradation rate of COD was 55%; the average degradation rate of azo dyeing was 60%; the effluent from the reactor could reach the requirements of the influent for which follow-up aerobic technological process needed.
