摘　　要：针对U74重轨钢大方坯进行了开坯前后中心碳偏析的演变分析,并进一步分析了电磁搅拌参数和连铸工艺参数对铸坯中心碳偏析的影响,采用回归分析探讨了电磁搅拌强度和连铸工艺参数过热度与铸坯中心碳偏析的关系.The analysis on the evolvement of center carbon segregation before and after blooms rolling for U74 heavy rail steel blooms was undertaken and the effect of EMS and continuous casting process parameters on the central carbon segregation was analyzed further. The regression analysis was used for probing into the relationship between central carbon segregation, intensity of electric current and continuous casting process parameters such as super heat.
