摘  要:渣罐是用来盛放热态钢渣的.在热态钢渣以及钢渣和罐体自重作用下,渣罐会产生由温度引起的热应力和由重力作用引起的重力应力.鉴于渣罐形状的不规则,利用材料力学或解析方法计算应力,或利用测试的方法得到应力都较为困难.目前,求得渣罐应力最为有效的方法是采用有限单元法.利用有限单元法来求解渣罐在工作时的两种应力.所得到的分析结果,有利于渣罐的强度设计和现场使用.Slag ladle was used to fill up with the thermal state steel slag. Under the action of thermal state steel slag, steel slag and the container's self weight, the slag ladle can produce both thermal stress caused by the temperature and gravity stress caused by the gravity action. Considering the shape irregnlarity of the slag ladle, it is difficult to get the stresses both by using either method of mechanics of materials or the analyric method to calculate the stress, and by utilizing the test method. At present, the most effective method to get the slag ladle stress is to adopt the finite element method (FEM). Herein, the finite element method was used to solve the two kinds of stresses of slag ladle in work. The obtained results from analyses and calculation are useful for the intensity design and spot usage of the slag ladle.
