摘　　要：分析了铁路局直管站段体制下,兰州铁路局货运生产布局的现状及存在的问题,提出了货运集中化、整合货运营业站货运业务和零担货物运输整合的措施,并对优化布局的有利性进行了探析。The essay analyzes the status and problems of freight production distribution in Lanzhou Railway Administration under the management system of railway administrations directly managing stations and depots, and proposes measures to solve these problems, such as freight transport centralization, freight transport business integration in freight transport stations and breakbulk cargo transport integration, and analyzes the advantages of optimizing the distribution.
