论监狱企业的目标

摘　　要：在监狱企业处于变革尚未定型的改革时期,明确监狱企业的目标非常重要。既要明确监狱企业的日常运行目标,又要明确监狱企业的长远发展目标,监狱企业的运行目标包括改造目标和经济目标,其中改造目标是首要的、根本的目标,而经济目标则是次要的、从属的目标。监狱企业的发展目标是:为罪犯劳动者提供一种社会主义市场经济条件下的新型经济关系和恰当的组织安排,这种经济关系和组织安排将具体地体现为一种特殊的监狱企业制度,这决定了监狱企业的改革方向和目标。It is very important to make clear goal of prison enterprises in prison reform period. We must clear the daily operation of the prison business objectives, but also longterm development of prison enterprises, prison enterprises operating objectives include transformation and economic objectives, which is the primary objective of the transformation, the fundamental objective of economic targets are secondary, subordinate goal. Prison enterprise development objectives are ： to provide offenders labor conditions of the socialist market economy, the new economic relations and the appropriate organizational arrangements, such economic relations and organizational arrangements will be specifically reflected in a special prison enterprise system, which determines the direction of reform and prison enterprise objectives.
