摘　　要：产业集群是产业演化发展进程中的一种地缘经济现象,是生产力发展到一定阶段的必然结果。农业产业集群体现了农业产业发展的基本规律,是我国农业产业化之后更高层次的农业产业发展阶段。区域经济落后的实质是产业发展的落后,因此,顺应产业发展规律,构建农业产业集群是优化落后地区农业生产结构,培育发展农业主导产业,提升农业产业及区域经济竞争优势的有效途径。Industrial cluster is a regional economic phenomenon and is an inevitable consequence in certain period of industrial development. The industrial cluster of agriculture which represents the basic regulation of agricultural industrialization is at a higher level in our country. Regional economic depression inevitably leads to depression in industrial development. Therefore, following the regulation of industrial development and establishing industrial cluster of agriculture is a more efficient way in optimizing industrial structure, fostering leading industry and raising competitive abilities.
