摘 要:以70%的乙醇为提取剂可从春花胡枝子叶粉中提取到含黄酮28.7%的粗黄酮。经AB-8型大孔吸附树脂纯化可得黄酮含量78.15%精制黄酮。体外抗氧化性实验表明,春花胡枝子黄酮对羟自由基、超氧阴离子有较强的清除作用,清除作用随黄酮添加量的增大而增大,精制黄酮的清除作用大于粗黄酮;添加一定剂量春花胡枝子黄酮能明显降低猪油的POV值,但低于PG;复配实验表明,春花胡枝子黄酮对PG无增效作用。作为天然的抗氧化剂,春花胡枝子黄酮具有一定的开发利用价值。Using 70% ethanol as extraction reagent, the crude flavonoid powder in which the content of pure flavonoids was 28.7 % could be extracted from L. dunnii. The refined flavonoid powder in which the pure flavonoids reached 78. 15% could be obtained after being purified by AB-8 macroporous resin. The antioxidant experiments indicated that L. dunnii flavonoids had some functions to clear free radical and superoxide anion, and the effect of clearance became more obvious with the content of flavonoids inceased. The clearance ability of refined flavonoids was stronger than that of crude flavonoids. The POV of lard was decreased remarkably after some L. dunnii flavonoids were put into, but the degree of decreased POV was less than that of PG. The synergistic experiment showed that L. dunnii flavonoids couldn't strengthen the antioxidant ability of PG. L. dunnii flavonoids are worth exploring as a natural antioxidant material.
