摘　　要：改善医院的就医环境,以帮助患者消除和缓解疾病带来的痛苦和焦虑,调整患者的心态和情绪,是医院管理者应充分重视的问题。医院环境应朝着“人性化、家庭化”的方向发展,以满足不同层次患者的健康需求。Improving hospital environment to relieve patients＇ pain and anxious and adjust patients＇ mind is the issue that hospital management should pay full attention to. The hospital should be developed in the direction of ＂humanity, family orientatior＂ in order to meet health requirements of patients in various levels.
