摘　　要：科技创新是社会发展的主要推动力量,任何科技创新都是特定社会文化的产物,都打上了它所处的特有的文化时空的烙印。综观人类社会发展的历史,文化既表现在对科技创新的导向作用上,又表现在对科技创新的规范、调控作用上,还表现在对科技创新的凝聚作用和科技创新发展的驱动作用上。因此,有必要构建有利于我国科技创新的文化环境,推动我国科技创新健康、有序、和谐与可持续地发展。The innovation of science and technology is the major drive of social development, any kind of which is the product of a certain social culture, and was engraved with the characteristics of the specific time and space of culture. In the history of human ＇ s society, culture plays an important role in the innovation of science and technology and it＇ s related development and activities, including guiding, regulating, as well as motivating. Therefore, it is necessary to establish a sound cultural environment, which does good to the innovation of science and technology, promoting its healthy, orderly, harmonious and sustainable development.
