声带息肉、小结摘除术107例分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨声带息肉和小结的患病人群,手术方式及治疗效果。方法:分析107例声带息肉、小结摘除术病例。结果:农民工患病率为33%,居首位;88%病例均可采用纤维喉镜下手术摘除,除声带前部病变和弥漫性声带息肉病,声带双侧良性病变可同时手术;手术治疗声带息肉、小结效果良好,总有效率为96%。结论:有必要宣传嗓音保健知识,特别是对农民工;声带息肉、小结手术治疗效果良好;大部分病例可在纤维喉镜下手术。Objective：To study the sick population , methods of operation and treatment results of vocal fold polyps and vocal fold nodules. Methods ：107 patients who＇had polypectomy of vocal fold or excision of vocal nodule were analysed retrospectively. Resuits： The morbidity rate of the workers who came from villages and did odd jobs in the cities were 33% and the rate was the highest among all patients ; 88% of all cases could operate under the fibrolaryn goscope ; Bilateral polyps or nodules of vocal fold could excise simutanously except the condition that the polyp or nodule located in the anterior of bilateral vocal fold or diffuse vocal polyp disease; The results of the operation were very well and the total effective rate was 96%. Conclusions： Voice health protection knowledge should be propagate to these workers who came from villages. The results of polypectomy of vocal fold or excision of vocal nodule are satisfactory. Most of these cases can operate under the fibrolaryngoscope.
