摘　　要：社会资本存量的多寡与分布均衡与否,直接影响着社区发展的绩效。目前,我国城市社区发展存在着社会资本存量不足、分布不均衡的现象。社会资本的重建是促进社区发展的理想路径选择。从社会资本的角度来看,社区发展主要在于加快社区制度建设、社区组织建设和社区文化建设等几个方面。Social capital stock size and distribution balanced or not, directly affects the performance of community development. At present, our country city community development has the social capital storage quantity insufficiency, the distributed imbalanced phenomenon. Looked from the social capital angle that, the community development mainly lies in speeding up the community system construction, the community culture construction and so on.
