摘　　要：简述了利用双光路投影法对中型热轧圆钢直径在线测量的基本原理。提出了在热轧恶劣的工作环境下进行测量的抗干扰措施和电路处理方法。利用计算机误差修正技术提高了仪器测量精度。An on-line diameter measuring principle of middle-size hot-rolling bar with a dual optical path measuring system is briefly introduced and the antijamming measures and signal processing methods on the measurement for hot-rolling bar in dis-advantageous working conditions are presented. By means of the technique of error correction, the accuracy of measurement instrument has been improved.
