天然化合物治疗糖尿病的研究进展

摘　　要：糖尿病是由于胰岛素分泌缺陷和(或)其生物学作用障碍引起的以高血糖为特征的代谢紊乱性疾病,包括糖类、脂肪和蛋白质代谢的异常。由于胰岛素和口服化学合成药存在副作用,使得天然降血糖药日益受到糖尿病患者的青睐。本文综述了在利用天然化合物治疗糖尿病及其并发症方面的研究发展。Diabetes mellitus is a group of metabolic disorders characterized by hyperglycemia. These metabolic disorders involve alterations in the carbohydrate, fat and protein metabolisms associated with absolute or relative deficiency in insulin secretion and/or insulin action. There is an increasing demand of patients for use of the natural products with anti-diabetic activity due to the side effects associated with the use of insulin and oral hypoglycemic agents. In this review,the progress in research on constituents of anti-diabetic natural products in recent years is discussed.
