摘　　要：目的研究陆军指挥院校学员一般能力倾向测验(GATMAC)对学员院校绩效的预测性,探讨将GATMAC作为陆军指挥院校学员一般能力选拔工具的可行性.方法对551名陆军指挥院校学员实施由文字运用、二维旋转、加减法和符数转换4个分测验构成的陆军指挥院校学员一般能力倾向测验,在毕业前2mo进行胜任特征评价,学员毕业后对其在校学业成绩进行分析归类,分析一般能力倾向测验与胜任特征评价和学业成绩之间的相关性.结果一般能力倾向测验中的文字运用、加减法和符数转换分测验与学业成绩和胜任特征评价有显著正相关,对学员院校绩效有较好预测性.结论一般能力倾向测验对学员院校绩效有较好预测性,修订后可作为陆军指挥院校学员一般能力选拔工具.AIM： To investigate the predictive ability of the General Aptitude Test of Military Academy Cadets （GATMAC） to the academic performance of military academy cadets, and evaluate the feasibility of GATMAC to be used as an instrument in the psychological selection of military cadets. METHODS ： GATMAC is composed of 4 sub-tests including words application, planar figure mental rotation, arithmetic and number-symbol conversion. A total of 551 military academy cadets were tested and given competency evaluation 2 months before graduation ; All academic examination scores were analyzed and categbrized after graduation ; By means of expectancy chart, the predictive ability of GATMAC to the academic performance of military academy cadets was discussed. RESULTS： Words application, arithmetic and number-symbol conversion subtests, which had significant correlations with competency evaluation and academic examination scores, had a good predictive ability to the academic performance of military cadets. CONCLUSION： GATMAC has a good predictive ability to the academic performance of military cadets, and can be used as an instrument in the psychological selection of military cadets after revision.
