摘 要:目的:观察高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)在2型糖尿病(DM)及DM伴大血管病变时的浓度变化。方法:84例2型DM患者按有无大血管病变分为伴大血管病变组(A组)44例,不伴大血管病变组(B组)40例,另选30例健康者作为正常对照组(C组),均检测血清hs-CRP值及糖化血红蛋白、空腹血糖、总胆固醇、三酰甘油,高、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇。结果:A组血清hs-CRP水平明显高于B组及C组(均P<0·01),B组高于C组(P<0·01)。结论:hs-CRP对DM患者发生大血管病变的预测具有重要意义。Objective: To investigate the hypersensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) Concentration in the pathogenesis of type 2 diabetes mellitus (DM)and its macrovascular complications. Method:The 84 cases of type 2 diabetes mellitus patients were divided into two groups (44 cases with macrovascular and 40 cases without as DM group) and 30 heathy subjects seved as a control group. Hyersensitivity C- reactive protein, glycosylated hemoglo- bin( HbA1C), fasting plasone glueose (FBG) ,TC,TG, HDL-C were measured. Result:The level of hs-CRP in type 2 diabetic patients with macrovascular complications (A) was significantly higher than those without macrovascular complications (B)and in the control group (C) ; the level of hs-CRP in group B was higher than that in group C. Conclusion:CRP seems to be a risk factor of type 2 diabetes and its macrovascular Complication, and plays an important role in risk prediction of the type 2 DM patients with macrovascular complication.
