摘  要:对绞股蓝属的绞股蓝、长梗绞股蓝、光叶绞股蓝、广西绞股蓝、五柱绞股蓝5种植物的茎叶结构和总皂苷含量进行了研究.结果表明,5种植物茎叶结构的基本特征相似,各解剖指标只有数量差异,没有种的特异性.茎表皮和皮层厚度与茎直径的比值、维管束面积与茎面积的比值以及维管束外生韧皮部面积与茎面积的比值、叶的栅海比等解剖指标均与绞股蓝总皂苷含量没有明显的相关性.广西绞股蓝、绞股蓝和光叶绞股蓝的皂苷含量较高,长梗绞股蓝和五柱绞股蓝的含量较低.The stem and leaf structures and the content of total gypenosides of 5 species of Gynostemma were studied. The results showed that the basic structures of stem and leaf of G. pentaphyllum, G. longipes , G. laxum, G. guangxiense and G. pentagynum were similar, but no features could characterize the species. There was no significant correlation among the content of total gypenosides and the structural index including the ratio of thickness of epidermis and cortex to stem diameter, vascular bundle area to stem area, external phloem area to stem area, and thickness of palisade tissue to that of spongy tissue. The content of total gypenosides in G. guangxiense , G. pentaphyllum and G.laxum was higher than that in G. longipes and G. pentagynum.
