福建闽南火鸡体型性状的相关及聚类分析

摘　　要：应用相关分析和聚类分析对福建闽南火鸡的体重、体尺性状进行了研究.结果表明:公火鸡的体重与体斜长、胸深、胸宽、龙骨长和骨盆宽呈极显著正相关,相关程度最大的是胸宽(r=0.7204);而母火鸡的体重与体斜长、胸深、胸宽、骨盆宽和胫长呈显著或极显著正相关,相关程度最大的是体斜长(r=0.5716).体尺性状对体重的影响及体尺性状间的相关关系随性别的不同而异.体型性状的聚类分析结果表明,公火鸡可以聚成3类,母火鸡则聚成4类.The purpose of this study was to investigate the body type traits, including body weight and body size of Minnan Turkey, a native breed of Fujian, by correlation and cluster analysis. The results indicated that the correlations between body weight and body length, chest depth, chest width, sternum length, pelvic width, were significantly positive for the male, and the largest correlation coefficient was chest width （ r = 0. 7204）. The correlations were also positive significantly between body weight and body length, chest depth, chest width, pelvic width, tibia length for the female. But the largest correlation coefficient was body length （ r =0.5716）. With cluster analysis, body type traits of those turkeys were divided into three types in male and four types in female.
