摘 要:应用2个熟性小豆材料(京农2号:红粒,绿茎;S_(5033):红底色黑斑花纹,淡紧茎)进行正反交组配,对获得的F_1、F_2、F_3及F_4代植株调查结果表明:(1)茎色:基本色泽基因紫茎(A)为显性,绿茎(a)为隐性,F_2代为3紫茎:1绿茎分离,属一对等位基因控制。控制茎色浓淡还有一显性色彩减弱基因(H),当H存在时,基本色泽紫茎A表现减弱,呈淡紫色(A-H-),其F_2分离比例3(淡紫茎):1(深紫茎)。在F_2、F_3的分离株系(F_3、F_4世代植株)中,紫、绿茎植株分离比仅为1.58~1.85:1,不呈3:1,绿株的出苗、成活、生长均呈优势,且紫茎株系中似有部分致死的基因存在;(2)粒色:花粒基因(F)对红粒基因(f)为显性,F_2呈3(花粒):1(红粒)分离,属一对等位基因控制,但在花粒上还有花斑大小、深浅分离现象;(3)同一世代控制茎色的基因与种皮色基因具有完全连锁关系,但上代籽粒色并不能完全决定下代植株的茎色。Abstract Two adzuki bean varieties with different maturity trait(Jing nong No. 2:red seed,green stem;S(5033):black spot figured red seed,light purple stem.)were crossed.Results foomF1,F2,F3 and F4 population showed that:(1)The colour of stem:Purple stem(A)that has ba-sic lustrous gene is dominance,but green stem (a)is recessive. The segregation ratio of purpleand green stem in F2 generation is 3:1.Which means the colour is controlled by a couple of al-lele. There is another dominant weak gene(H) which controls the shade of the stem colour.Purple stem(A)appers light purple (A-H-) when H gene exlsts. The segregation ratio of lightand dark purple stem in F2 generation is 3:1.In the Segregating plant populations of F2,F3(F3,F4 generation),the segregation ratio of purple and green stem is only 1.58~1.85:1,not3:1.the seedling,surivival and growth of the green stem plant is better than that of the pur-ple plant,moreover there may be partial lethal gene in purple stem plants(2)
