摘  要:为了研究胎盘DX5+CD25+细胞在维持母-胎耐受状态中的潜在作用。采用流式细胞术检测免疫功能正常的BALB/c和免疫缺陷的NOD/SCID小鼠外周血和胎盘DX5+CD25+细胞,评价这些细胞与小鼠妊娠预后的关系。结果:虽然NOD/SCID小鼠存在严重的免疫缺陷,但是其胚胎吸收率和平均每窝产仔数等生育力指标均基本正常,并且其孕13 d胎盘DX5+CD25+/DX5+细胞百分率与免疫功能正常小鼠相比无显著性差异,并均呈高百分率分布特征(约占DX5+细胞总数的90%)。NOD/SCID小鼠胎盘中高百分率的DX5+CD25+细胞可能是正常生育力预后的免疫学基础。To evaluate the potential role of placental DX5^+ CD25^+ cells in the maintenance of feto-maternal tolerance, the DX5^+ CD25^+ cells were detected in peripheral blood and placenta mononuclear cells isolated from euthymic BALB/c and immunodeficiency NOD/SCID mice hy using flow cytometry. Afterwards, the relationship between the cell subsets and pregnancy outcomes was evaluated. Although there are severe immunodeficits in NOD/SCID mice, they appeared to be fertile with normal embryo resorption rate and litter size. Moreover, no significant difference was observed for the time from the setup of breeding to the birth of the first litter between BALB/c and NOD/SCID groups, Accordingly, no significant difference was observed at gestational day 13 on the percentage of placental DX5^+ CD25^+/DX5^+ cell between these groups, and the cell percentage kept at a high level of around 90% at this time point of pregnancy. The high level of CD25^+ cells in DX5^+ cell group in placenta from NOD/SCID mice may be a reason why these mice display roughly normal fertility.
