摘　　要：文章采用典型案例研究方法,选择公认具有国际先进水平的澳、英、美国家档案馆电子文件管理模式作为案例研究对象,在调查三国档案馆电子文件管理规范及其制订历程的基础上,分析了其电子文件管理的理论、方法与对策、电子文件管理规划及其实施途径和保障机制,提出了几点值得我国借鉴和学习的经验。By the researching method of typical case and choosing the management patterns of electronic documents of Australian, Britain and American national Archives as an object of ease study, based on investigating the management standards of electronic documents and their formulating course in the three countries＇ national archives, the article analyzes their theories, of electronic documents, their management plans, ways to carry out it and guarantee systems, then puts forward some suggestions which merit our using for reference and learning from
