中小企业产权出让中信息不对称问题的分析及对策

摘　　要：中小企业产权出让中出现了改制企业、外部投资人和当地政府三者之间严重的信息不对称问题,影响了中小企业产权的合理市场转让价格和未来的健康发展。政府在中小企业产权出让中应该合理解决好五个方面的问题。Selling property right of small and medium-sized enterprises has given rise to serious information asymmetry among the reformed enterprise,investors and the local goverment, which affects the rational market transfer price of the property right of these enterprises and their sound development. This paper suggests that the goverment should solve these problems properly.
