摘 要:都市郊区民俗村的旅游业已呈现出蓬勃发展的态势,尤其是北京市郊区。然而随着消费市场的逐渐成熟,民俗村局限于乡村家庭旅馆的发展思路使其旅游的进一步开发受到了阻碍。要解决京郊民俗旅游村深度开发的问题,关键是要对民俗村进行“整合”,即改变单一的由农户自发进行旅游开发的模式,而以村庄为平台,同时“依托于村庄又跳出村庄发展旅游”,实现管理组织化、产品开发组织化及整体营销组织化。Tourism in the folk-custom villages has been developing vigorously for some time, particularly in Beijing suburbs. However, with the market gaining its maturity, hindrance occurs for the household-owned hotels as units to achieve further development in rural tourism. The key issue here is to integrate the folk-custom villages to meet the demand for deep development in tourism in Beijing suburbs. Therefore, the monotonous model of household unit development should be replaced by the village-oriented platform so as to achieve the organization in manage- ment, products promotion, and integral marketing based on villages and beyond them as well.
