摘 要:目的观察新型生化杀鼠剂对大白鼠的半数致死剂量,为指导用药提供科学依据。方法采用不同剂量、不同时间(d)灌胃的方法测试灭鼠剂的LD50。结果对试验鼠总体LD50为0.2041,95%可信限为0.1506~0.2765。对雄性试验鼠的LD50为0.1815,95%可信限为0.1178—0.2796。对雌性试验鼠的LD50为0、2302,95%可信限为0.1470~0.3604。结论该杀鼠剂可以有效杀灭试验鼠。Objective To observe the median lethal dose (LD50) of new bio-chemical rodenticide for lab mouse. Methods Testing the LD50 of bio-chemical rodenticide for lab mouse stomach pouring in series of dosages and days. Results The total LD50 for lab mice was 0. 204 1, 95% confidence interval was 0. 150 6 - 0. 276 5. The LD50 for lab male mice was 0. 181 5 , 95% confidence interval was 0. 117 8 - 0. 279 6. The LD50 for lab female mice was 0. 230 2, 95% confidence interval was 0. 147 0 - 0. 360 4. Conclusion The bio-chemical rodenticide could kill the lab mouse efficiently.
