摘 要:对于耐硫变换催化剂最低硫含量问题,通过对理论和实验数据的分析,认为仅以纯体相MoS2水解与硫化反应平衡热力学计算来确定最低H2S含量的方法尚有不足之处。从化学平衡和动力学两方面,以实验数据和工业操作为依据,探讨了耐硫变换催化剂所需最低硫含量问题,认为变换气中H2S含量对催化剂活性影响主要是动力学方面,它还与催化剂组成和结构有关,应通过实验测定具体催化剂活性与H2S含量的关系曲线,并结合使用条件来确定适宜的H2S浓度低限。With respect to the lowest necessary sulfur content in'the sulfiding of sulfur-tolerant CO shift catalyst, we deen it inadequate to determine the lowest necessary sulfur content through thermodymic balance calculation of the hydrolysis and sulfiding reaction of only bulk phase MoS2. The problem of lowestnecessary sulfur content was discussed from the angles of both chemical balance and kinetics and on thebasis of experimental results and industrial operation.It was concluded that the influence of H2S concentration in process gas on the catalytic activity are mainly on its kinetics.This influence is also dependable on the composition and structure of the catalyst. SO it is advisable to determine the relationship between activity and H2S concentration experimentally and then chose the suitable lower limit ofH2S concentration in the light of application conditions.
