Incorrect Approach to Appraisal of Sci-tech Research Paper

摘　　要：分析了目前科技论文的评价现状,指出了其中存在以刊论文,用核心期刊、期刊影响因子来简单判断科技论文的学术质量这一弊端,提出应尊重同行专家的意见,以实事求是的态度对科技论文作出客观和公正的评价。This article analyzes the currently popular approach to sci-tech research paper appraisal, which is often made by examining the status and fame of the journal that carries the research paper. Consequently, ＂core journal＂ and ＂impact factor of journal＂ are often heard in research paper evaluation. The article suggests that this approach is incorrect, and should be replaced by one that values the opinion of the experts in the same field and evaluates the research paper objectively and fairly.
