编校合一时代的校对工作初探

摘　　要：编辑和校对有着形分实合、殊途同归的辩证关系。身兼编辑和校对两项工作的编辑人员面临不断在编辑和校对之间进行角色转换的难题,面临大小通吃的严峻挑战。从校编关系、校对心理、工作方法和人员管理等方面入手,就编辑如何兼顾好校对工作进行了阐述。There＇s a dialectical relation between the work of editors and that of proofreaders. From the perspectives of relationship between editing and proofreading, proofreading psychology, proofreading procedures, and personnel management, this paper discusses how editors can do proofreading well without neglecting editing at the same time.
