摘 要:以FeS0_4·7H_2O、Pd(NH_3)_2Cl_2、磺基水杨酸(SSCS)和(NH_4)_2SO_4所组成的溶液体系为研究对象,采用循环伏安法分析了镀液中PdFe配比、电极转速、扫描速度、溶液pH值、pH调整剂和导电盐等因素对Pd-Fe合金共沉积电位的影响规律。结果表明,Pd-Fe合金的共沉积电位介于Fe2+和Pd2+的沉积电位之间。溶液中Fe2+浓度增加使其共沉积峰位略有负移,且阳极峰值电流逐渐增大;电极转速或扫描速度增大均使共沉积峰位发生负移,使峰值电流增加;溶液pH值减小使共沉积峰位正移,且pH值小于4时几乎无沉积峰;由乙二胺调节溶液pH值比由氨水调节后Pd-Fe合金的共沉积峰位负移;导电盐的存在使共沉积峰位正移,且峰值电流增大。The electrolyte solution composed of FeSO_4·7H_2O,Pd(NH_3)_2Cl_2, sulfosalicylic acid (SSCS) and ammonium sulfate was prepared so as to investigate the effects of various factors on the codepoaition potential of Pd-Fe alloy. Thus the effects of Pd to Fe ratio in the solution, the electrode rotary speed, scan rate, pH value of the solution, conductance salt, and pH value regulator on the codeposition potential of Pd-Fe alloy were studied. It was found that the codeposition potential of Pd-Fe alloy was between that of Fe 2+ and Pd 2+ , and the codeposition process was irreversible. The codeposition potential peak of Pd-Fe slightly shifted towards negative and the peak value of anodic current increased gradually with increasing concentration of Fe 2+ in the solution. The codeposition potential peak also shifted towards the negative direction with increasing rotary speed of the electrode and scan rate as well, while the current peak value increased therewith. Contrary to the above, the codeposition potential peak moved towards positive direction with increasing pH value of the electrolytic solution, and the codeposition potential peak was almost invisible at a pH value below 4. Moreover, the introduction of conductance salt led to shift of the codeposition potential towards positive side and increase in the current peak value. As compared with NH_3·H_2O as the pH value regulator, ethylene diamine led to shift of the codeposition potential towards negative side.
