现代化视觉中的社会自主创新发展思路探析

摘　　要：从现代化理论和可持续发展思想对政府主导发展模式分析,追求增长指数和规模扩张的模式使社会创新主体受到双重制约:发展的社会性动力匮乏和无法从创新的社会效用中获得反馈性的推动力。和谐社会与自然资源和环境的意义,绝不仅仅是环境的容量和资源的支撑能力或保护自然生态环境等问题,而是要最终实现人的生产、消费、发展和社会的自主创新的统一。只有改变政府主导增长,转向社会自主发展,逐步实现政府淡出,才能真正实现政府监管下的社会自身创新发展的机制。Through analyzing the government-oriented development mode in the perspective of modernization theories and sustainable thoughts, such a conclusion is made that the traditional development mode, only for the purpose of exponential increasing and expanding of wide scope, restricted subjects of social innovation. It caused development lack of social motivity and even obtaining no responding impetus from the social avails innovations brought. The effects a harmonious society imposed on the natural resources and environments are not only to save resources, protect natural environment and maintain environmental capacity, but also to harmonize the relationship between people＇ s labor, consumption and development and social self-determinate innovation. Only converting government-oriented to social self-determinate development and realizing governments fading out, the system of social self-innovation development under the superintendence and management of governments could come into being.
