摘　　要：利用真空系统真空泵与真空管道特性曲线的概念，结合具体公式计算，分析了真空系统在调节控制过程中各类有关参数的变化规律。Using the characteristic curves of vacuum pump and vacuum pipe and combining them with formula calculation,the relations of some parameters in system controlling process are analyzed,in this paper.
